How do you eat your pizza: folded, flat or with a fork and knife?

Generally, with a fork and knife. I generally hate touching my food! Besides, forks and knives are generally required to eat my fave kinda pizza... Chicago style!!

Okay, yeah, I will touch my pizza if I'm just eating it at home in front of the TV... and there's a sink and soap nearby. I'll touch my food only if I can wash my hands immediately before and immediately after doing so. But I won't touch Chicago style pizza regardless of where I'm eating it!
